Level99 to Open Its Fourth Location at The Corbin Collection in West Hartford, Connecticut

Level99, an innovative interactive social gaming venue, has announced plans to open its fourth location at The Corbin Collection in West Hartford, Connecticut, in late 2025. This new outpost will follow the launch of its third location at Tysons Corner in Virginia, also scheduled for 2025, with additional locations slated for 2026.

Known for its unique blend of real-world physical and mental challenges, Level99 offers over 50 immersive, artistic challenges designed for adult teams of 2 to 6 players. At The Corbin Collection, Level99 will transform part of the former Sears building into a vibrant entertainment and dining destination, complete with prizes, leaderboards, and opportunities to earn stars for completing various rooms. After the fun, guests can enjoy award-winning Detroit-style pizza, seasonal dishes, craft beers from Two Roads Brewing Company, and creative cocktails at Two Roads Kitchen & Tap.

“Level99 is designed as an open-world environment where players can chart their own adventure while exploring a visually dynamic space filled with social, physical, and mental challenges,” said Matt DuPlessie, CEO of Level99. “Whether you’re enjoying a date night, hosting a group outing, or organizing a corporate event, the combination of interactive play, great food, and craft beverages has been a huge hit in our markets of Boston and Providence. We’re excited to bring this experience to West Hartford.”

DuPlessie, who has over two decades of experience in interactive entertainment, conceptualized Level99 after leading the company 5 Wits, which later merged with Level99. Box Fort, DuPlessie’s production company based in Massachusetts, is responsible for the design and programming of all Level99 games and experiences. The new 43,000-square-foot venue at The Corbin Collection will host up to 600 players in its gaming arena and offer seating for 250 guests at the adjacent Two Roads Kitchen & Tap. The location will also create around 100 new jobs.

Brad Hittle, President and CEO of Two Roads Brewing, expressed excitement over the partnership: “We’re thrilled to be joining Level99 at The Corbin Collection. Their commitment to fun, innovation, and creating unique experiences aligns perfectly with our philosophy, and we look forward to the future of this partnership.”

Emily Gagliardi, Senior Vice President at First Washington Realty, the owner of The Corbin Collection, added, “Level99 is exactly the type of tenant we aim to partner with to drive meaningful engagement in our shopping centers. Their dynamic approach to entertainment will attract visitors and keep them coming back for years.”
