A standout feature of the UEI TIDE family is its ability to manage both central and space heating/AC systems. The UEI TIDE Dial and Touch models also support nevo.ai, an AI-powered agent that facilitates product onboarding, remote control, and provides tier-0 support, further boosting user convenience and control over the lifespan of the product.

UEI is also offering a sneak peek of its next-generation UEI TIDE PRO platform. This platform will feature an upgraded, high-resolution display, on-device AI processing, and support for Thread and Open Thread Border Router (OTBR).
