This modern facility consolidates operations previously spread across two locations, with the company closing its older Haining and Hangzhou facilities to streamline processes and better serve customers in China and the broader Asian market.

The Haining facility is equipped with advanced technologies designed to optimize production and sustainability. Its highly automated systems include state-of-the-art injection molding and assembly equipment, autonomous robots such as Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), and robotic auto-palletizing systems. A specialized Warehouse Management System (WMS) enhances efficiency by automating material handling, reducing labor costs, and improving overall safety.
The facility also incorporates energy-efficient systems and waste reduction practices to align with TriMas’ sustainability goals. Additionally, it features a 100,000-level clean room, QS certification, and a cutting-edge quality lab to ensure compliance with China’s strict food safety standards.
