Today, Rithum announced Lou Keyes as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Keyes, who has been with the company since June as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), succeeds Bryan Dove, who has led Rithum since 2021. During his tenure as CRO, Keyes introduced growth initiatives that strengthened Rithum’s position as a leading commerce network. He will maintain oversight of the go-to-market organization alongside his new CEO responsibilities.

With over 30 years in the technology sector, Keyes brings extensive expertise in enhancing client satisfaction, driving transformation, and achieving revenue growth. He has a strong track record of scaling both private companies and large corporations, including Fiserv, Electronic Data Systems (EDS), and Conduent, where he reversed a three-year sales decline and doubled annual bookings.
