eTail Palm Springs 2025 to Feature Record Number of Speakers

eTail Palm Springs, the leading event for e-commerce and digital marketing innovators in retail, is set to return from February 24-27, 2025, at the JW Marriott Desert Springs. This year, eTail Palm Springs will feature more speakers than ever, with a wide range of sessions covering the latest trends in eCommerce across various industries and verticals.

“Retailers tell us that this experience is unique in that they learn from the best in retail, brand, and technology and immediately put the new ideas they gain here into action,” said Kristin Schoenstein, eTail Chief of Staff.

For the first time, eTail Palm Springs will introduce a Customer Loyalty Summit with an AI-focused track, a Regulated Industries Track for professionals in alcohol and cannabis eCommerce, a Retail Media Track, and a personal development workshop aimed at advancing eCommerce careers. Additionally, one of the keynote presentations will offer insights from the latest WBR, “Future of Retail Research Report.”

The event will feature over 250 eCommerce experts from leading brands such as Allbirds, Bloomingdale’s, ButcherBox, Columbia, DICK’S Sporting Goods, Estee Lauder, Everlane, Fabletics, Fluevog Shoes, H&M, Hudson’s Bay, Macy’s, Neiman Marcus, Skechers, SKIMS, Sur La Table, Thrive Cosmetics, The North Face, and Zenni, among others.

Beyond education, eTail Palm Springs is also a hub for networking.
