Talkdesk Launches ‘AI Day’ to Celebrate Customer Experience Innovations Powered by Artificial Intelligence

Talkdesk®, Inc., a global leader in AI-powered customer experience (CX) solutions, has launched “A Better Way with AI Day,” the first industry-wide holiday dedicated to celebrating exceptional customer experiences powered by artificial intelligence. The initiative highlights the significant impact AI has on enhancing CX, making businesses more competitive, driving revenue, reducing costs, and improving operational efficiencies.

The new holiday was introduced during the company’s participation in the Gartner® IT Symposium/Xpo™ 2024 in Orlando, Florida, and marks the culmination of Talkdesk’s “100 Days of AI” campaign. Throughout the campaign, Talkdesk showcased the transformative value of AI in CX, offering guidance to help businesses navigate the complexities of AI adoption and empowering CX professionals with insights from Talkdesk’s AI experts. Several new AI-driven innovations were launched as part of the campaign, including the integration of agentic AI into the Talkdesk Ascend AI suite, the introduction of Talkdesk Healthcare Experience Cloud™ for Payers, and the release of Talkdesk AI Rewriter, AI Translator, and Copilot™ for Epic Cheers.
