Rithum has announced Lou Keyes as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), succeeding Bryan Dove, who led the company since 2021. Keyes joined Rithum as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in June and has already implemented growth initiatives that have reinforced the company’s standing in the commerce network landscape. In his new role, he will continue to oversee the go-to-market organization.
With over 30 years of experience in the technology sector, Keyes has a strong track record in enhancing client satisfaction, driving transformation, and achieving revenue growth. He has successfully scaled both private companies and large corporations, including Fiserv, Electronic Data Systems (EDS), and Conduent, where he notably reversed a three-year sales decline and doubled annual bookings.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Lou Keyes as Rithum’s new CEO. The board fully trusts his leadership and proven ability to foster growth. Rithum is gaining momentum with new products already adopted by several retailers, and we anticipate continued success under Lou’s guidance,” said Adam Berger, executive chairman of Rithum.
“It’s a privilege to take on the CEO role at Rithum and lead the company into its next growth phase. The e-commerce landscape is ripe for disruption, and I am eager to seize new opportunities that deliver exceptional value to our customers. Together, we will shape the future of third-party commerce, enhancing adaptability and competitiveness for brands and retailers,” Keyes said.
As third-party commerce accelerates, Keyes’ experience in business transformation will be crucial in driving profitable growth in this expanding market. His focus on building strong customer relationships and commitment to talent development are key to advancing Rithum’s mission of empowering global retailers and brands.
