The acquisition marks a significant step in Fourshore’s strategic investment in the outdoor lifestyle sector.

Founded in 2008, Palm Coast Sales has grown into one of the most prominent wholesale distributors of outdoor lifestyle products in the Southeastern United States. PCS has established itself as a key player in the industry, distributing premium products to dealers specializing in barbecue grills, outdoor kitchens, outdoor living products, patio furniture, and specialty casual furniture. Among its exclusive distribution agreements, PCS is the sole distributor for the Big Green Egg brand in Florida and holds exclusive rights to distribute Napoleon and Dometic/Twin Eagles brands in the Southeastern United States.

Leadership Transition and Growth Strategy

Following the acquisition, Nate Barbera, an experienced operating executive at Fourshore Partners, will assume the role of President and Chief Executive Officer at Palm Coast Sales. His leadership aims to strengthen PCS’s market position and drive expansion across its dealer network.
