- Doubling the number of Black-owned suppliers on the Wayfair platform and increasing business through the Celebrate Black Makers program in 2023.
- Over 4,000 Wayfair employees participating in Employee Resource Groups or Affinity Groups, fostering camaraderie and celebrating shared cultures.
- Doubling the number of third-party certified products in Wayfair’s Shop Sustainability program to exceed 33,000 items.
