Intellicheck, Inc. (Nasdaq: IDN), a leading provider of on-demand digital and physical identity validation solutions, has announced the appointment of Adam Sragovicz as a senior financial executive. Sragovicz will step into the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on September 1, following the departure of Jeff Ishmael. He will oversee all financial and accounting functions, reporting directly to Intellicheck CEO Bryan Lewis. Sragovicz joined the company on August 1, 2024, to facilitate a seamless transition with the finance team.

Sragovicz has held senior finance, management, and operational roles across several companies. As CFO at Presidio Property Trust, he managed relationships with external auditors, lenders, and investors, as well as overseeing accounting and financial planning functions. At Encore Capital Group (NASDAQ: ECPG), he was Vice President of Treasury, handling investor relations and managing partnerships with major banks including JP Morgan, ING, and Citibank. His prior roles also include Vice President of Treasury and Banking Relations at AccountPros and Senior Vice President, Bank Relations at UniCache International.
