Epicor has expanded its AI-powered ERP strategy in the UK and selected European markets through the general availability of “Epicor Prism”, a portfolio of industry-specific AI agents designed specifically for the supply chain industry.
Epicor Prism is directly integrated into Epicor Kinetic, providing customers with interactive access to up-to-date ERP data and related documents without requiring specialized analytical skills or separate AI tools.
The introduction reflects a broader shift in the ERP field: away from purely data-collecting systems towards outcome-oriented systems that help users interpret data, make decisions and take action in real time – a transformation that Epicor calls “Cognitive ERP”.
