
Omni Retail Enterprises (OMNI), operator of a portfolio of lifestyle digital storefronts and communities covering home decor, apparel, health & wellness products, fitness, educational programs, and more, has appointed retail industry insider Sharon M. Leite as CEO. Leite will be responsible for revitalizing OMNI’s iconic brands, including Bodybuilding.com, Pier 1 Imports, Dress Barn, Mentorbox.com, and others, transforming them into omni-channel powerhouses.

By developing best-in-class products, commerce, content, and community efforts, OMNI aims to create customer-centric solutions while harnessing the power of connection.

Leite has over 25 years of experience leading consumer and retail businesses across various industries, including apparel, consumer-packaged goods, health & wellness, and home. She brings deep consumer marketing and digital transformation expertise, strong operational experience, a proven track record of shareholder value creation, and a demonstrated commitment to leadership and organizational development.
Most recently, Leite was the CEO of Ideal Image, where she led a transformation and brand-growth strategy in the rapidly growing aesthetics, beauty, and wellness categories. Prior to Ideal Image, she was CEO of The Vitamin Shoppe, where she led a successful turnaround, delivering the best performance in the company’s history. Earlier in her career, Leite held executive leadership roles at Godiva Chocolatier, Pier 1 Imports, Bath & Body Works, Gap Inc., and The Walt Disney Company. She currently serves on the boards of Lovesac (NASDAQ: LOVE) and The M. J. Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University. Leite received her MBA from The Jack Welch Management Institute.
