With over 20 years of experience in the wellness and skincare sectors, Wellen brings a wealth of expertise to her new role. Her most recent position was Director of Retail Sales at Charlotte’s Web, where she successfully forged national retail partnerships that significantly enhanced the brand’s visibility and sales performance.
Before joining Charlotte’s Web, Wellen founded Mantra Mask, a skincare brand celebrated for its innovative blend of CBD and high-quality global ingredients. Her entrepreneurial success and strategic insight have consistently identified and capitalized on new market opportunities.

As the Founder & CEO of International Brands Group, Sims has managed a diverse portfolio, including high-profile brands like J Lindeberg and Robert Graham.
