The Forrester report assessed major POS vendors through detailed questionnaires, executive briefings, product demonstrations, and customer interviews. Jumpmind excelled in numerous categories, earning the highest score possible across 13 criteria, such as practitioner UX, custom checkout flow, digital payments, clienteling/assisted selling, store promotions, loyalty, endless aisle, offline resiliency, and architecture and delivery model. The report highlighted Jumpmind’s proactive industry research, its customer-driven feature development, and a strong, visionary approach validated by reference clients who noted the solution was “delivered on time, on or under budget,” offering more functionality than expected.
