FourKites Honors Dow, Cracker Barrel, Nestlé, and More for Excellence in Supply Chain Visibility

FourKites®, a leading real-time supply chain visibility platform, has announced the recipients of its annual customer awards, recognizing exceptional achievements, innovation, and collaboration that deliver significant value to complex supply chains. This year’s awards include the prestigious Golden Kite Awards and the High Flyer Award, celebrating organizations and individuals driving visibility and efficiency within their supply chains.

Golden Kite Awards Highlights

The Golden Kite Awards honor companies that have utilized the FourKites platform to achieve remarkable outcomes across six key categories: Improved Customer Experience, End-to-End Optimization, Supply Chain Agility, Collaboration, Network Performance Over the Road (OTR), and Network Performance Ocean.

  • Dow received the Golden Kite Award for Improved Customer Experience by leveraging FourKites’ Dynamic ETA® and real-time tracking to enhance customer satisfaction. “Supply chain visibility provides a solution for Dow to offer real-time shipment visibility through Dow.com and proactively alert customers of any in-transit delays,” said Jillian Bourbina, Global Business Process Expert at Dow.
  • Cracker Barrel (Averitt Supply Chain Solutions) was honored for End-to-End Optimization, enabling real-time tracking of purchase orders and optimizing yard management with FourKites’ Dynamic Yard®. “Automation has made managing the yard significantly easier,” said Matthew McDaniel, Logistics Analytics Manager at Cracker Barrel.
  • Paccar received recognition for Supply Chain Agility, using FourKites’ saved reports to track inbound shipments, manage delays proactively, and adjust production schedules. “We saved time and improved work quality,” said Paccar’s Logistics Systems Manager Lee Taylor.
  • Topco was awarded for Collaboration, integrating Tive temperature tracking devices into FourKites to monitor trailer temperatures in real time and swiftly resolve claims. “The data eliminates the guesswork in claims,” said Topco Logistics Manager John McCormack.
  • Nestlé US was honored with the Golden Kite Award for OTR Network Performance, while another leading food and beverage company was recognized for Ocean tracking.
