The Brand Vitality Meter is a cutting-edge tool that combines shopper feedback from HappyOrNot’s Smiley Touch™, Smiley Terminal™, and Smiley Digital™ devices with Sensormatic Solutions’ traffic insights. This integration allows retailers to gain a comprehensive view of store performance and customer satisfaction, enabling them to make data-driven decisions that improve their retail operations.
