Journeys Appoints Stacy Doren as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer

Journeys announced today that Stacy Doren has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of the Journeys Group, effective August 1, 2024.

A distinguished global brand executive, Doren will oversee all marketing functions, furthering Journeys’ leadership in teen fashion footwear retail.

“Stacy is an outstanding marketing leader with a strong focus on consumer-centric strategies. Her expertise in brand-building and strategic vision make her the perfect fit to guide Journeys into its next phase,” said Journeys Group President Andy Gray.

Doren joins Journeys after a notable 24-year career at Levi’s, where she held various leadership positions, including a decade as Vice President of Levi’s Americas Marketing. Most recently, she led a 50-person marketing team responsible for creative development, media, partnerships, public relations, channel marketing, and brand environment for Levi’s largest business segment.

Her tenure at Levi’s was marked by innovative marketing strategies that enhanced consumer loyalty and drove commercial success. Notable achievements include spearheading Levi’s full-funnel marketing approach, revitalizing the brand’s appeal to youth, boosting the women’s business, and managing the high-profile launch of Levi’s stadium. At Journeys, Doren will report directly to Gray.
