I’m honored to take the helm of the Women on Boards Project at this crucial moment,” said Rielly. “Women, and especially women of color, remain vastly underrepresented in corporate boardrooms. I’m excited to build on the incredible foundation this organization has laid and to accelerate our efforts to ensure that board leadership reflects the diversity of the world we live in.

Under Rielly’s leadership, the Women on Boards Project will expand its focus on pathways to board service, corporate accountability, and community building, working directly with companies and stakeholders nationwide to break down the barriers to boardroom access.
