
Toshiba America Business Solutions Receives Gold Stevie® Award for LEAD Beyond Conference at The 2024 American Business Awards® Toshiba America Business Solutions clinched the prestigious Gold Stevie® Award in The 2024 American Business Awards® for hosting the Best Brand Engagement Event with its LEAD Beyond client and reseller conference. This accolade recognizes events that excel in driving customer engagement, fostering strong customer relationships, and leaving a lasting impact post-event.
The American Business Awards stand as the pinnacle of recognition in the U.S. business realm, open to all organizations operating within the country, regardless of size or sector. A panel of over 300 global professionals rigorously evaluated nominations to determine this year’s Stevie Award winners.

Over 800 participants, including Toshiba employees, clients, resellers, technology partners, and industry experts, congregated at Bellagio Las Vegas to immerse themselves in Toshiba’s current and future product innovations and gain insights from industry leaders across the three-day LEAD Beyond 2023 event.
Larry White, President and CEO of Toshiba America Business Solutions, kicked off the proceedings with reflections on Toshiba’s financial achievements, record market share, and vision for enhancing print and digital communications in the evolving workplace. He reaffirmed Toshiba’s dedication to the local communities it serves.
White remarked, “LEAD Beyond was a resounding success on all fronts. The overwhelmingly positive feedback from attendees, both in person and through our post-event survey, underscores the value of client satisfaction and connection.”
A highlight of LEAD Beyond was the innovative product fair, developed in collaboration with Exhibitus, Toshiba’s experiential marketing partner. Dubbed ‘Moments of Discovery,’ the fair provided attendees with interactive experiences, stimulating all senses and fostering engagement.

LEAD Beyond also marked the debut of the LEAD Giveback initiative, raising over $20,000 for the Orangewood Foundation, a nonprofit supporting foster youth, with Toshiba matching attendee donations.
Judges lauded LEAD Beyond for its innovative strategies, community engagement, and commitment to social responsibility. The conference’s blend of Toshiba’s heritage with its cutting-edge products and solutions left a lasting impression on attendees.
Notable features included the Majestic Monochrome opening reception celebrating the print industry and the Captivating Color closing party, honoring Toshiba’s leadership in print-to-digital transformation.
