The Estée Lauder Companies is thrilled to introduce The Catalysts program, developed by ELC’s New Incubation Ventures (NIV) and supported by TikTok. This global initiative aims to spotlight, uplift, and empower emerging storytellers with innovative visions for the beauty industry. Participants have the opportunity to compete for up to $250K in funding, along with mentorship and project support.
A distinguished panel of industry leaders, creative visionaries, and TikTok creators will select two winners who are redefining beauty through pioneering branding, product development, and storytelling. The program underscores NIV’s commitment to celebrating trailblazers in beauty, emphasizing the industry’s influence on cultural, social, and artistic landscapes.
TikTok’s vibrant beauty community has revolutionized industry norms, fostering inclusivity and diverse beauty narratives. With over 45M posts under #Beauty, TikTok continues to drive trends and innovations in beauty storytelling.

To support applicants, The Catalysts will host a series of masterclasses featuring industry founders and creatives sharing insights on building successful beauty brands. Whether in skincare, cosmetics, or fragrance, these masterclasses aim to inspire the next wave of beauty entrepreneurs.
