This year, MUSASHI goes beyond the traditional discount culture to celebrate the philosophy of balance, precision, and harmony .
Inspired by the concept of Nitōryu, which uses a double-edged blade as a symbol of the balance between strength and delicacy, the campaign invites customers to experience the unity and equilibrium of two edges. What begins as a Black Friday promotion evolves into an artistic expression of Japanese craftsmanship.
At Musashi Japan, we bring the history and philosophy of Nitōryu into the present, integrating it into modern cuisine and guiding customers towards the ideal combination of knives for everyday dishes.

From November 17 to December 1, 2025 , customers who purchase two or more knives will receive a 10 percent discount on online purchases.
Customers at our physical stores in Tokyo and Kyoto will receive a personalized Musashi Japan bowl with every purchase. Additionally, customers who spend 100,000 yen or more will receive an exclusive Daruma doll set. In-store customers can also receive a 10 percent discount by using our Samurai Tax service.
The campaign is valid on all global platforms, with localized expressions for each region:
