Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits Elevates Amy Kickham to Chief Human Resources Officer Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, the leading global distributor of beverage alcohol, has appointed Amy Kickham as its new Chief Human Resources Officer. Effective immediately, Kickham will report directly to CEO Wayne E. Chaplin as part of the Executive Leadership Team. In her new role, she will strategically oversee Southern Glazer’s human resources initiatives to advance the company’s long-term strategic goals.
Kickham’s responsibilities include leading the HR function, developing talent and succession strategies, shaping organizational design and leadership development, and promoting inclusion and diversity within the company. Her promotion follows her successful tenure as Vice President, Organizational Effectiveness since 2021, where she managed talent acquisition, talent management, talent development, and HR marketing across the enterprise.

With over 25 years of experience, Kickham joined Southern Glazer’s in 2012 as Human Resources Director, progressing to Vice President, Human Resources in 2015. She further honed her leadership skills as Vice President of Human Resources at Propper International in 2017 and as the owner of Human Resources Connections from 2018. Returning to Southern Glazer’s in 2019 as Vice President, Human Resources Operations, Policy, and Employee Relations, she was promoted to Vice President, Human Resources, Central Region in 2020.
