The Printemps New York store officially went live on Jesta I.S.’s Vision Retail Management Suite in March 2025, marking a significant milestone in the retailer’s international expansion journey. The decision was supported by Sophelle, a global retail management consultancy and longtime Jesta partner, which advised Printemps throughout the vendor selection and implementation process. The outcome was a technology partnership designed to meet the complex needs of a high-end, experience-led retail environment while offering the scalability required for future growth in the U.S.

By implementing Jesta’s Vision Suite, Printemps New York established a unified retail technology foundation capable of supporting everything from inventory accuracy and merchandising strategy to performance analysis and profitability tracking. A key differentiator of the Printemps New York model is its merchandise ownership strategy. Unlike traditional concession-based department stores, Printemps owns nearly all of the inventory across its selling floors. Approximately 25 percent of the brands carried in the store are exclusive to the U.S. market, adding further complexity to inventory management while strengthening the store’s unique positioning.
