National Vision Holdings proudly announces the appointment of Mark Banner as its new Chief Stores Officer, effective July 8, 2024. Banner, renowned for his dedication to mission-driven retail, joins National Vision following a distinguished tenure at Sleep Number, where he served as Senior Vice President of Retail and Real Estate. His expertise spans sales leadership, operations, digital innovation, promotions, and real estate strategy.
Prior to his role at Sleep Number, Banner spent 18 years at Signet Jewelers, starting as a store manager and advancing to roles including District Manager, Vice President of Regional Operations, and Vice President of Strategic Integration.
