The Kroger Co. (NYSE: KR) announced an expanded relationship that brings together Kroger’s Family of Companies and Uber Eats’ leading delivery platform to make it easier than ever for customers to shop, save, and dine—all in one place.
Kroger and Uber Eats have announced an expanded partnership that builds on their strong existing relationship to provide customers with greater access, rewards, and convenience. This multi-faceted collaboration will allow Kroger to meet more customer needs and attract additional households and shopping occasions.
Beginning in early 2026, customers will be able to access the full assortment of Kroger stores on the Uber Eats platform. This includes more than 2,600 locations across all Kroger banners such as Ralphs, Fred Meyer, King Soopers, Smith’s, Fry’s, Harris Teeter, and Mariano’s. Shoppers will be able to order fresh groceries, Our Brands products, household staples, and everyday essentials directly through the Uber Eats app, giving millions of households more flexibility in how they shop.
As part of the expanded collaboration, Kroger Boost members will receive an extended free trial of Uber One, which offers 6% cash back, automatic surge savings on rides, $0 delivery fees, and up to 10% off all Uber Eats orders. Similarly, Uber One members will have access to an extended free trial of Kroger’s Boost membership, which provides 2X fuel points on all purchases and free delivery on orders placed through Kroger.com or the Kroger app.
Uber Eats’ restaurant selection will also be integrated directly into the Kroger app, allowing customers to place their weekly grocery orders and order meals from local restaurants in one seamless experience. Kroger will be the first retailer to combine its fresh food offerings and exclusive Our Brands products with access to hundreds of thousands of restaurants, offering $0 delivery fees and reduced service fees for Boost members. The companies also plan to collaborate on retail media experiences that will inspire customers and help brands engage shoppers through personalized promotions and relevant content.
This expanded partnership combines Kroger’s scale and commitment to quality with Uber’s innovative delivery technology, providing customers with more ways to meet their everyday needs—whether at home, on the go, or anywhere in between. According to Yael Cosset, Kroger’s executive vice president and chief digital officer, “Our customers want to choose how they shop, when they shop, and how they access their groceries. This partnership delivers a superior shopping experience that brings together value, assortment, and convenience while introducing new customers to Kroger’s ecosystem and enhancing our retail media business.”
Uber’s Global Head of Delivery, Susan Anderson, emphasized that “Kroger is the first retailer in the world to bring Uber Eats directly into its digital shopping experience and to connect our two membership ecosystems.” She added that the partnership creates “an ecosystem of access, where fresh groceries, favorite meals, and meaningful rewards across mobility and delivery all come together seamlessly.”
Through this integration, customers will benefit from a redefined grocery and delivery experience, offering real-time tracking and a unified platform for restaurant and grocery orders. Together, Kroger and Uber Eats are setting a new standard for convenience and customer engagement in the grocery and delivery industries.

By changing how people, food, and things move through cities, Uber is a platform that opens up the world to new possibilities.
