These updates—spanning storefront upgrades, intelligent automation, AI-powered tools, and expanded support—are designed to help vendors advertising on The Knot and WeddingWire get discovered more easily, manage leads more efficiently, and create stronger, faster connections with couples planning their weddings.

According to data from The Knot and WeddingWire, 77% of couples cite pricing as the top factor when deciding which vendors to reach out to. Vendors who fully complete their storefronts—including adding starting rates, package details, and availability calendars—see nearly double the two-way conversations with prospective clients compared to those with incomplete listings.
These enhancements empower wedding professionals to clearly communicate their value, set accurate expectations, and improve their visibility in search results.
New Storefront Badges
To help vendors gain more attention and credibility, The Knot Worldwide is introducing two new badges:
- “Recently Updated” Badge – Now live, this badge identifies vendors who have updated their storefronts within the past 15 days. It signals to couples that the vendor’s information is fresh, accurate, and actively maintained.
- “Popular with Couples” Badge – Launching soon, this badge highlights vendors who have generated more than five leads in a single week. It offers a trust signal to couples, helping high-performing vendors stand out in a competitive landscape.
These badges not only reward vendor engagement but also help couples make quicker and more confident decisions during their planning process.
Deals Now Available on The Knot
Previously exclusive to WeddingWire, vendor deals are now available on The Knot as well. Paid vendors can create, edit, and promote exclusive offers directly on their storefronts, boosting conversion opportunities and offering couples added value.
This move brings parity between platforms and simplifies deal management for vendors using both The Knot and WeddingWire.
Closing the Loop: Reducing Ghosting
A common challenge vendors face is “ghosting”—when couples stop responding without explanation. To address this, The Knot Worldwide has introduced a new conversation-closing feature in the couple’s inbox. This allows couples to notify vendors when they’ve chosen to move in a different direction, giving vendors closure and insight.
Additionally, The Knot plans to roll out a dedicated educational campaign encouraging couples to formally close conversations and notifications that will help vendors prioritize more promising leads. Notifications within vendor inboxes and emails will further help pros focus their time on high-intent prospects.
Smarter, Time-Saving Tools for Better Lead Management

To help vendors streamline communication and boost efficiency, The Knot Worldwide is enhancing the lead management experience through intelligent automation and smart templates. These updates are geared toward faster response times, stronger engagement, and better conversion rates.
Upcoming iOS WeddingPro App
By the end of 2025, The Knot Worldwide plans to launch a brand-new WeddingPro iOS app, optimized for modern mobile usage. The app will enable vendors to manage their inboxes and respond to couples while on the go, improving real-time responsiveness and flexibility.
Quick Replies and Smart Templates
New Quick Replies are now available, allowing vendors to respond to inquiries using pre-written templates that automatically populate key details such as the couple’s name, wedding date, and venue. Soon, vendors will also be able to save commonly sent documents and attachments—further reducing friction in initial conversations.
Custom Auto-Replies and Automated Follow-Ups
Managing day-to-day communication can be overwhelming. That’s why a customizable auto-reply feature is now live, giving vendors the option to send immediate, automated responses when they’re unavailable. These messages can include useful information like pricing, FAQs, and contact acknowledgments to keep the conversation alive.
Looking ahead to fall 2025, The Knot Worldwide will introduce automated follow-up messages, enabling vendors to schedule check-ins a few days after an inquiry or tailor timing based on lead behavior. These tools are ideal for vendors who want to stay top-of-mind without manually tracking every lead.
AI-Powered Replies Coming Soon
Later this year, WeddingPro will roll out AI-assisted reply suggestions, powered by lead response data and engagement insights. These tools will offer personalized message recommendations, helping vendors quickly craft replies that feel human and relevant—while still saving time.
AI-generated messaging will aim to increase reply confidence, boost conversion rates, and reduce friction in lead nurturing.
Faster, More Reliable Support for Wedding Pros
Expanded Support Hours
In response to vendor feedback, The Knot Worldwide has extended its support hours. Vendors can now reach out via phone or email Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET, making it easier to get help when needed.
Unified Help Center Coming Soon
By the end of 2025, The Knot and WeddingWire’s separate help centers will be merged into one streamlined support hub, providing access to more robust self-service tools, an intuitive navigation system, and 24/7 chat support for faster answers.
