This week, iQmetrix unveiled cutting-edge technology solutions at its flagship SummitX 2024 event, held from October 27-29 in Scottsdale, Arizona. Known as North America’s leading provider of Interconnected Commerce solutions for telecom retail, iQmetrix hosted the event to showcase innovations tailored specifically for the telecom sector. With the theme Innovation | Insights | Inspiration | Interconnection, SummitX highlighted transformative technologies, new products, and forward-thinking concepts in telecom retail.
In the keynote Telecom Industry Address, iQmetrix introduced two new product suites set for launch in the coming months, along with a third in its prototype phase:
- Customer Lifecycle Management: Leveraging AI, this suite enables quick audience segmentation without requiring technical expertise. Retailers can easily identify new marketing opportunities and deliver a personalized experience for wireless customers. This product is expected to launch in Q1 2025.
- ReconcilePro: An advanced, automated reconciliation tool designed to streamline workflows and enhance accuracy for wireless retailers. Currently in beta, ReconcilePro is set for full release in early 2025.
- Product Lifecycle Management: In prototyping, this AI-driven suite aims to transform supply-chain and inventory management, with potential plans for development in 2025.
Waleed Ayoub, iQmetrix’s Chief Technology Officer, shared his enthusiasm: “Over the past 18 months, we’ve focused on innovating for telecom retail. SummitX allowed us to showcase advances in AI, particularly generative AI, which is reshaping customer engagement, optimizing operations, and creating new revenue opportunities.”
SummitX also spotlighted iQmetrix’s annual Hackathon, where teams competed to pitch innovative product ideas live on stage. The audience-selected winning idea, SalesIQ, is an AI-powered virtual assistant for Salesforce that supports wireless store sales reps with personalized customer insights. This concept, along with other Hackathon projects, will undergo further exploration and testing.
Additionally, iQmetrix’s Product Showcase featured new advancements, including mobile point-of-sale technology and innovative credit card fraud prevention solutions. “The Product Showcase gives attendees a chance to interact with our Product Managers, learn about our latest offerings, and share feedback to help shape future solutions,” said Trish Sale, VP of Product at iQmetrix.
