Flashfood Appoints Inaugural Chief People Officer

Flashfood has appointed Megan Martinelli as its inaugural Chief People Officer, marking a significant milestone under CEO Nicholas Bertram’s leadership. Returning from maternity leave, Martinelli brings extensive experience in People and Culture, previously spearheading initiatives at Points International and Toronto General Hospital. Her role at Flashfood will expand to encompass legal, compliance, and sustainability efforts, reflecting the company’s commitment to its workforce and growth strategy.

In her new position, Martinelli aims to enhance team cohesion and support through advanced people analytics and talent development. She plans to leverage a secure development platform to drive technological innovation and community impact across Flashfood’s operations.

Additionally, Flashfood is promoting Calli Brannan to Head of Customer Success, where she will oversee customer experience initiatives.
