
Casey’s Unveils New Pickle Wrap Pizza for National Pickle Day
Just in time for National Pickle Day, Casey’s (NASDAQ: CASY) introduces the all-new Pickle Wrap Pizza, inspired by a classic Midwest appetizer with a unique pizza twist.
Available at select locations in Minnesota and Iowa, the Pickle Wrap Pizza is crafted with Casey’s made-from-scratch dough and topped with Philadelphia® whipped cream cheese, chopped ham, smoky bacon, mozzarella, cheddar cheese, and thick-cut pickles on either original or thin crust. The tangy, crunchy toppings create a bold, flavorful experience for guests of the nation’s fifth-largest pizza chain.
“We’re always exploring trending ingredients to bring new flavors to our menu,” said Tom Brennan, Casey’s Chief Merchandising Officer. “Our Pickle Wrap Pizza is a bold creation that’s uniquely Casey’s.”
The pizza was conceived by Casey’s district manager and Minnesota native Andrew Cairl, reaching finalist status in the company’s annual pizza competition. Inspired by the Midwest ham-and-pickle roll-up, the Pickle Wrap Pizza offers a new savory option that’s sure to please both pickle enthusiasts and adventurous eaters alike.
