Blue Yonder Acquires One Network Enterprises to Enhance Supply Chain Agility

Blue Yonder, a leader in digital supply chain transformations, has completed its acquisition of One Network Enterprises (One Network) for approximately $839 million. This acquisition empowers Blue Yonder customers to collaborate and share real-time data across all trading partners in the supply chain, from inventory levels to the movement of raw and finished goods.

Amid increasing volatility and disruptions, retailers, manufacturers, and logistics service providers (LSPs) need multi-enterprise transparency, unified planning and actions, and real-time business operations to improve cross-functional decision-making and eliminate delays between order planning and fulfillment. Real business agility demands up-to-the-minute information across the entire network, beyond periodic updates on inventory, capacity, and resources.

By integrating One Network’s commercial technology, Blue Yonder now offers a multi-enterprise, multi-tier network ecosystem, AI-powered supply chain assistants for problem-solving, and streamlined processes for onboarding and collaborating with trading partners. Real-time views of inventory and capacity help customers match supply with demand, resolve issues, and manage resources across their network. Blue Yonder also plans to add a state-of-the-art Customer Experience Center in Dallas to showcase innovations transforming global supply chains.

One Network is the third company Blue Yonder has acquired since Q4 2023, following Doddle in November 2023 and flexis AG in February. These deals represent about $1 billion in M&A investments, highlighting Blue Yonder’s commitment to transforming the global supply chain.
