Highlighting the Latest Product Innovations: Top Food Companies at IFT FIRST Annual Event and Expo

The Institute of Food Technologists (IFT), a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing food science globally, eagerly anticipates showcasing several supplier sessions and demonstrations at IFT FIRST: Annual Event and Expo. This premier event, focused on food science, technology, and innovation, will be held from July 14-17, 2024, at McCormick Place in Chicago.

At the heart of the expo is the world’s largest gathering of food science and innovation, featuring over 1,000 exhibitors from across the food industry. These exhibitors will present the latest in ingredients, equipment, processing, technology, safety, R&D, and packaging solutions. Key highlights include the Taste of Science, offering ingredient samples and product tastings, and the Business FIRST stage, where industry leaders will discuss challenges and opportunities in food science. Additionally, Fireside Chats will provide informal discussions on critical issues facing the food industry.

Christie Tarantino-Dean, CEO of IFT, emphasized the event’s role in spotlighting global food innovations that enhance health and nutrition worldwide. “IFT FIRST provides a glimpse into the future of food,” she remarked, urging attendees not to miss this transformative event.

NURA USA LLC NURA will introduce advanced postbiotic solutions on July 15, focusing on health innovations and introducing new products for gut health.
