The new Knowledge Bot is seamlessly integrated into the Celigo user interface, providing real-time, contextual support. This AI-driven chat tool offers summaries and links to detailed knowledge base articles, streamlining workflows and enhancing efficiency. It significantly reduces the learning curve for new users and boosts productivity by offering immediate assistance.
A key enhancement in this release is the use of natural language search, which improves discoverability and reuse of existing integration resources. Users can describe their integration needs in simple language, and the platform intelligently presents the most suitable options from existing workflows and the Celigo Marketplace. This AI-driven search reduces the time and effort needed to find and use the right integration resources.
The release also introduces several new connectors:
- POS/Payment Gateways: New connectors for Toast, Corrigo Enterprise, Revel, and Adyen (released in April) streamline sales and financial transactions.
- Marketplace: Expanded integration capabilities with connectors like SparkLayer, Zalando, Otto, NewStore, and SAP Commerce Cloud to enhance e-commerce operations.
- Sales and Marketing: New connectors for Lusha, RollWorks, Cognism, Clari, PhoneBurner, and Salesloft improve data synchronization and customer relationship management across sales and marketing platforms.
