Faropoint, a leading US industrial real estate investment manager leveraging technology, has closed its flagship Industrial Value Fund III with $915 million in commitments, surpassing its $750 million target. The fund has garnered investments from premier institutions across North America, Europe, and the Middle East, including public pension plans and insurance firms, underscoring Faropoint’s strong market reputation and track record. This successful fundraising follows the achievements of Faropoint’s prior Value Funds I and II, which focused on aggregating institutionally inaccessible assets for premium portfolio returns through strategic sales.
Fund III has already acquired over 80 urban industrial warehouses across 12 US markets and plans to expand its portfolio with more than 200 warehouses during its deployment phase. Transactions, averaging under $10 million each, are diversifying assets across different markets, sectors, tenants, vintages, and build types to optimize portfolio balance.
Adir Levitas, CEO of Faropoint, commented, “Exceeding our Fund III target reflects investor confidence in our strategy and execution capabilities. Our focus on urban logistics, coupled with our ability to seize off-market opportunities and employ advanced data and machine learning tools, uniquely positions us to enhance risk-adjusted returns.”
Raz Rahamim, Global Head of Capital Development and Investor Relations, added, “Despite challenges in fundraising, closing Fund III is a significant achievement. Our strategy and resilient asset class have attracted substantial commitments worldwide, validating our investment approach and operational expertise. This milestone is a testament to the dedication of our team, pivotal in driving our success. We look forward to sustaining this momentum and delivering exceptional results.”
As Faropoint expands its portfolio, the firm remains committed to delivering superior value and performance through strategic acquisitions and efficient industrial asset management. Threadmark Partners Limited served as the global placement agent for the fundraising.
